The Spatial Reference Center of Washington (SRCW) is dedicated to the planning and implementation of an accurate state-of-the-art network of GPS and GPS-referenced control stations necessary to meet the demands of government and private businesses for a reliable spatial reference system in the state of Washington. The SRCW will be a resource for data and information related to the modernization and improvement of the state's spatial reference system.

The Spatial Reference Center was incorporated in the State of Washington as a non-profit on March 2nd, 2004.

Contributions to the SRCW are tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The SRCW is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
